The cost of the square foot varies depending on the project, the services to be performed and the quality of the material used in the construction. The size of the project is also a factor that can change the unit cost of the square foot.
What type of construction or renovation requires a permit?
Any new construction, renovation, or expansion project must be approved by the city government. Alterations of a building’s façade has to go through a permitting process as well.
