Maynard Evans High School

Maynard Evans High School serves student from grades nine through 12 and its magnet program offers university degree preparatory courses in electrical engineering, physics, and electronic engineering, computer engineering and information technology. In addition, it offers art courses in studio design, drama, band, graphic arts, stage craft, chorus, drawing and painting. The school also provides culinary operations courses, which include operational procedures of food services, career and job opportunities, bake station, beverage and pantry items, commercial tools and equipment, and work procedures and organizational skills. Located in Orlando, Fla., it is a part of the Orange County Public Schools. Maynard Evans High school also has student clubs, such as honor organizations, and service, social and subject-oriented clubs, and its student programs include tutoring, credit recovery, and night school and media center programs.
