BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

-The booking fee is nonrefundable/nontransferable (this amount will be deducted from total) if you cancel this amount will not be transferred.

-Same day cancellations/no shows will require a $25 cancellations and/or rebooking fee. If a deposit was left it will not be transferred to make a new appointment.

– There is a $30 fee to be scheduled before or after our regular hours. (Hours are now 12-7)

No shows will be charged %50 of the service if they do not show up to appointments.

– ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE CASH ONLY!

-Please arrive to your appointment on time to avoid any late fees. ($15 after 15 minutes) appointments are usually booked back to back any late arrivals are also subject to cancellation.

-No children or additional guests. ( if it is an emergency and you need to bring a guest please let us know before appointment)

-Payment is strictly in cash due to severity of scam artists and credit card fraud.

-Please pay attention to who you are booking with. Your confirmation will say who your tech is along with date/time etc.

-There may be a fee for correctional eyelash and eyebrow work that was done outside of Permanent Beauty. ($25-$100)

PERMANENT MAKEUP CONTRAINDICATIONS

This service is not recommended for any clients who have the following:

-Clients who are under 18 years old

-Pregnant or nursing (doctors permission needed)

-Diabetic ( doctors permission needed)

-Chemotherapy (doctors permission needed)

-Viral infections / Blood Infections

-Epilepsy

-Pacemaker or major heart problems

-Skin irritations or psoriasis (rashes,sunburn,acne etc..)

-Sick ( cold,flu etc..)

-Botox in area ( doctors permission needed)
