Williams Company founded in Orlando, Fla. in 1920, is a general contractor and construction Manager of commercial construction averaging more than $125 million in business annually. The company works throughout Central Florida, as well as the entire southeastern United States. Williams builds a variety of projects, including schools, retail stores, offices, industrial warehouses, and medical facilities. The company offers a multitude of services including general contracting, construction management, design and build, and turnkey development. Its staff assists clients in site selection, conceptual estimating, feasibility studies, constructability analysis, project management, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance. These services are offered primarily in the commercial, retail, industrial, and educational markets.
